Floor to Floor Condition: System: 787-A01 Series

Specifications:

Providing and fixing 787 Series of surface mount Floor Expansion Joint assembly with continuous extruded aluminum (6063-T6) tapered frame assemblies of suitable profile to receive tapered, free floating center plate. System shall employ use of steel centerbar components at 18” [450mm] on center maximum spacing. Zero-Bump system options must be offered to avoid jarring of any rolling loads transitioning over expansion joint. Achieve this requirement with tapered center plate profile and sloped frames to achieve a vertical change-in-plane not to exceed 1/8” [3.9 mm] (or 8% slope) at any point. Joint operating range 50%+- of total nominal joint width and addresses Heavy Vehicular/Heavy Pedestrian Loading conditions. All as specified by INPRO.
