Providing & Fixing 501 Series Recessed Mount Floor Expansion Joint assembly with continuous extruded aluminum hinge of suitable profiles to receive pan of design indicated for generous thermal and seismic movement requirements. Joint assembly should have Centerplate pan profile depth equal to a minimum 1¾” [44mm] standard to allow for deep floor finishes. Integral flat replaceable Santoprene seals shall be offered to address thermal concerns and prevent dirt and water traps without the use of sealants. The Narrow sight lines with the Santoprene Seal minimize aesthetic disruption to floor finish. Standard product addresses Moderate Loading conditions with the option to alter profile for Heavy Concentrated Loads. Joint operating range 50%+- of total nominal joint width. Standard Joint range applications 4-8” [100-200mm]. All as specified by INPRO.
