Floor to Floor Condition: System: 471-A01 Series

Specifications:

Providing and fixing 471 Series of surface mount Floor Expansion Joint assembly with continuous extruded aluminium (6063-T6) tapered frame assemblies of suitable profile to receive tapered, free floating center plate. System shall employ use of steel centerbar components at 18” [450mm] on center maximum spacing. Centerbar functions to provide positive pressure on cover plate and recenters system following cyclic movement. Center plate and frames must not disengage during thermal or seismic movement. Joint operating range 50%+- of total nominal joint width and addresses Vehicular/Heavy Pedestrian Loading conditions. Joint range applications 4- 8” [100-200mm]. All as specified by INPRO.
