150 Surface Mount Corner Guard, 90°, 3" Wing

Providing INPRO make - 150 series high impact surface mount Corner Guard (MAKE IN INDIA) having Vinyl: Snap on cover of .080" (2mm) thickness shall be extruded from chemical and stain resistant polyvinyl chloride with the addition of impact modifiers No plasticizers shall be added (plasticizers may aid in bacterial growth). Surface shall have a pebblette texture for scratch resistant. Continuous aluminum retainer of .070" (1.8mm) thickness shall be fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum, with a mill finish. Dimensions to be of 3" (76mm) x 3" (76mm), 90 degree. The rigid vinyl profile shall resist an impact of 30.2 ft-lbs/inch as per ASTM D-256-90b and cis shall not support fungal or bacterial growth inaccordance with ASTM G-21 and G-22. The system shall also conform to class A fire rating and ASTM D-543 for chemical and stain resistance. It includes Top caps and bottom caps which shall be made of injection molded thermoplastics.
