Floor to Floor Condition: System: 101-A01 Series

Specifications:

Providing and fixing 101 Series of Recessed mount Floor Expansion Joint assembly with continuous extruded aluminum (6063-T6). System shall employ use of Dual durometer extruded Santoprene with Abression Resistance & Shore Hardnesses (60 Shore A and 40 Shore D) to ensure longevity of installation. Single durometer seals shall not be allowed. Flat seal must maintain inherent dimensional stability and include structural spine inserts (where applicable) allowing for additional load resistance. Seal to remain seated during thermal movement, assembly to be mounted flush to floor finish as required. Joint operating range 25%+- of total nominal joint width and addresses Heavy Pedestrian Loading conditions. Joint range applications 1-3” [25-75mm]. All as specified by INPRO.
